Magnificent Madness tells the little-known origin story of one of the most famous classic Italian racing cars. In the first years after World War II, legendary racer Tazio Nuvolari, Austrian automobile designer Ferdinand Porsche, and industrialist Piero Dusio collaborated to place a new car on the Grand Prix circuit. Their end product: the Cisitalia, hailed as a "rolling sculpture."

This four-part documentary series explores each man's life story, their passion for racing, and the ingenuity behind their vision in the early days of Grand Prix.
